Here at Claude's we pride ourselves on bringing fine dining to the masses. Yes, we have a Michelin Star (earnt by our resident genius-chef, Claude) but we strive to ensure our menus are accessible. We believe that fine dining can be accessible to all and our food reflects this.
Our head chef Claude earnt his culinary stripes working for Michel Roux Senior at the 3 Michelin starred Waterside Inn and for Jermaine Crossley at the Ritz in New York. He has headed the kitchen here at Claude's for more than five years and his unique creations have won numerous awards.
Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our newly-refurbished dining space. Our bar area, where we frequently have local jazz legend Bugsy Freewinkle providing the entertainemt, is relaxed yet classy.

On my midweek visit, every seat was taken by 6.15pm, the atmosphere was electric, the air filled with charcoal smoke, music and laughter.
